Why should you trust me?

Hi, I’m Alex and I have always been physically active and engaged in sports. When I was four I started taking lessons in Korean Karate known as Tang Soo Do and I earned a second degree black belt. When I was 6, I started playing basketball, soccer and baseball. Eventually, I narrowed it down to only basketball and karate until I was about 16 years old. When I entered junior college, I took an introductory to weight lifting class and combined with my affinity for sports and physical activity, I inevitably became a certified fitness trainer and nutritionist in March of 2010. I also acquired a Bachelor’s of Arts in Health and Wellness in 2016, which greatly influenced my holistic approach towards optimum health and fitness.

From March 2010-2020 I worked as a Personal Trainer and Manager at Superior Fitness Center and I had the pleasure of training hundreds of clients from young student athletes who needed to build strength and stamina to working mothers wanting to lose belly fat and tone their bodies’. In March of 2016, I started working as a fitness specialist and coordinator at a Senior Living Retirement Community in Santa Barbara called Valle Verde. Working with this population allowed me to develop a greater knowledge and appreciation for balance, posture, and flexibility.

And now, at the age of 41, I feel stronger, faster, more energized and flexible than I ever thought possible. Do you know what the secret is…

Regardless of membership, everyone will receive one nutrition & lifestyle consultation.

Group Training Classes + Online

Sweat and have fun with the Fitness Family every Monday and Wednesday at 5:30pm, and Saturday at 9am. This membership provides you with a nutrition consultation and immediate access to the Workout Video Library. You also have the option to join a Zoom workout when group training classes are not feasible. Stay motivated either at home or outdoors!

Private Training & Lifestyle Coaching

Schedule a private training session either online or in person and start the process of strengthening and reshaping your body based on specific fitness goals. Workout Video Library

Get unlimited access to bodyweight and dumbbell routines that will help you improve your mobility, strength, athleticism and confidence! Training sessions vary between 30-45 minutes and new videos are uploaded weekly. Get fit and stay fit whether at home or on the road.
